If the customer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB), he has no right of withdrawal and return according to § 312d BGB in conjunction with §§ 355, 356 BGB. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB (any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to his commercial nor independent professional activity).
