The intrinsically safe card reader KL5-R and the corresponding data processing systems by TIMM allow using the encrypted RFID technology in potentially hazardous areas. It is equipped with three clearly visible LEDs (yellow, green, red) that display the operating status and ATEX certified for use up to ex-zone 1 IIC.
